A new week means a new topic for our Health & Fitness theme. And the topic of the day was Kick. Not surprisingly, the little guy and I had a blast with this awesome Roll Painting Invitation to Create Process Art Experience.
So of course I asked the little guy what he wanted to tell our friends about this particular activity and he’s all like, ” I just loved it because of the paint!” He’s always so enthusiastic, isn’t he? Lol…

A huge thanks to Experience Early Learning (formerly Mother Goose Time) for providing us with their Experience Preschool curriculum for free in exchange for sharing our honest and authentic stories resulting from our personal experiences. It’s been such a huge blessing to us! As always, my opinions on awesome stuff for little kids are 100% my own.
Keep in mind that all preschoolers do things in their own time and on their own terms. What one is ready for, another might not be. Please use your best mama judgement when planning activities for your little kids.

I’m going to have to agree with the little guy. The paint is where it’s at. Little kids love messy play and it’s great for them from both a sensory perspective as well as developmentally.
And while we’re on the subject, let’s not forget about the fact that process art encourages creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
I’m absolutely in love with the colors that the little guy picked for his Preschool Fitness Theme Roll Painting Invitation to Create Process Art Experience and we totally hung it up on the wall when the paint was dry.
