The Free Printable Easter Activities are perfect for preschoolers. They would of course make a great math skill-building activity for your little learners this season.

These printable pages are perfect for teaching preschoolers all the early skills they’ll need to understand measuring and how to do it. Once young children learn to compare and sort objects, they begin to grasp the concept of measurement.

First, teach preschoolers to compare objects using terms like smallest, smaller, largest, and larger. Then, you can move on to sorting objects in size order. With these activity pages, children will be able to arrange the bunnies from smallest to largest.

For more learning, I’ve included an Easter measurement activity page that will allow children to sort bunnies from least to most too. In this way, they can practice comparing numbers as well as counting objects using one-to-one correspondence.

When they are ready, teach children that objects can be measured in different ways. We can use items like beans or paper clips for measuring or we can use rulers, measuring cups, and scales. Advanced learners might enjoy using jelly beans or paper clips to measure the height of the bunnies in this activity printable.

As an added bonus, preschool learners will get to practice cutting and pasting the Easter bunnies which will help them to develop hand-eye coordination, finger control, and fine motor skills.  Ready to start learning all about measurement with your preschoolers today?
