I can’t even wrap my head around the fact that the holidays are almost here. I’m so not ready yet. By this point last year, I was basically finished with Christmas shopping. This year, I’ve barely even started.
It’s been so cold that we really haven’t been outside much lately, so we’ve had lots of extra time to spend in the studio. Because of that, I was definitely excited about the Brave coloring book that we got in our Experience God curriculum pack.

Each month, we get a little yellow school bus box from Mother Goose Time that includes our preschool curriculum as well as Experience God. I love being able to just grab what we need. Everything is already organized and ready to go, which makes this homeschool mama’s job so much easier.
This time around we ended up with a fun Brave coloring book and of course the little guy was all about it. We almost always print the daily coloring sheets from Member Resources on the Mother Goose Time website. You know, because coloring is so important for little kids.
I mean, think about it. It might seem like such a simple thing, but coloring builds hand-eye coordination along with fine motor skills. Both of which are important for handwriting.
Coloring is great for encouraging creativity. It’s relaxing. And of course coloring is fun too, but I’m sure y’all already knew that.

As a Mother Goose Time blog ambassador, I receive the Mother Goose Time Preschool curriculum in exchange for my honest and authentic stories resulting from our personal experiences. As always, my opinions on awesome stuff for little kids are 100% my own. Keep in mind that all preschoolers do things in their own time and on their own terms. What one is ready for, another might not be. Please use your best mama judgement when planning activities for your little kids. #mgtblogger
