52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace – Adhesives

February 11, 2016

tape runners on area rug surrounded by rolls of washi tape with text overlay: How To Organize AdhesivesHope you had an awesome week! Ours has been interesting, to say the least. Welcome to week 14 of the 52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace challenge. This week, we’re organizing adhesives. This should be a relatively easy week and then of course, if you haven’t already, you can finish organizing your embellishments.

I still have somewhat of a mess when it comes to adhesives. They were in one of the containers that got the worst of the dust when we were working on the distressed plank wall, so… If you remember, we took out a window and they just happened to be right on the other side of it. I literally spent hours one day wiping off each individual box or tube. Side note: lesson learned. Make sure everything is sealed before we start making a lot of dust. Lol…

Let’s be realistic, though. How many different types of adhesives can any one of us possibly have? I have an ATG gun, a few tape runners, a couple boxes of glue dots, and a few miscellaneous tubes of various other adhesives. Most of these things are organized either on my workspace or in a basket, depending upon whether or not it’s something I’m currently using.

There are quite a few ways to organize adhesives. You could use clear drawers or just about any other type of container. You could also use some sort of a spinner or a tray. What do you think would work for you?

Do some brainstorming and take some time to think about how you’re going to organize adhesives and then get to it. Don’t forget to share before and after pictures.

Do you have an awesome idea for organizing adhesives? Leave a comment and share.
