52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace – Wrappin’ It Up

Welcome to week 51 of 52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace. This week we’re wrappin’ it up and focusing on all the pretty things. It’s time for design and decor, y’all!

The studio just kind of happened. Not kidding! Lol… I finished the distressed plank wall and it sort of became the basis for everything else. That’s how we ended up with the industrial farmhouse style. I definitely love it, though.

When my husband and I were planning the studio, we started with paint and stain colors. After that, it was all about the details. I’ve spent the last year or so looking for fun stuff to add. Hello galvanized pails and wooden crates, right?

Seriously, though. It never fails. I’ve somehow managed to find lots of awesome stuff for the studio, almost too much. And I’m definitely head over heels in love with Target and Michael’s. I’m sure there are so many more awesome places to find design and decor items, so… Don’t forget to leave a comment and share your favorite!

If you’ve been keeping up to this point, you should have a creative space that’s clean and organized, which means you’ll be able to see exactly where you need a little of this and a bit of that, so get busy.

Take a look around and think about exactly how you want your space to feel. Maybe even read an article or two about color psychology.

Do you have an awesome idea for design + decor? Leave a comment and share.

Psst… If you haven’t already, you’re definitely going to want to come hang out with us in our 52 Weeks Facebook group. That’s where we’ll be chatting about the challenges and our creative spaces.

Just to review, here’s your to-do list for this week.

1. Answer the question of the week.
2. Decide how you want to wrap things up in your creative space.
3. Buy whatever supplies you need and get started.
4. Share before and after pictures.
