52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace – Tools & Supplies for Scrapbooking

April 23, 2016

Another gorgeous day! The sun is shining and it’s somewhat warm. Hard to believe that spring is finally just around the corner. The little guy has taken an interest in playing outside and we’ve done some major spring cleaning in the studio, which I’ll hopefully be sharing next weekend. In the meantime, let’s get to this week’s challenge.

Welcome to week 22 of the 52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace challenge. This week, we’re tackling tools & supplies for scrapbooking. Here’s the thing, though. What you consider to be tools & supplies can vary somewhat based on your style.

For the sake of getting through this week, let’s consider tools & supplies to be anything and everything that we need to have close to us while we’re working on pages and projects.

desk organizer filled with tools
That might be things like a tiny attacher, scissors, adhesive, and a heat gun. These are the things that sit out on my workspace almost constantly. They’re organized into one of two containers. Of course, this desktop organizer that I got a while back at Hobby Lobby. And there are always a few things in a small dish right beside me too.

Do some brainstorming and take some time to think about how you’re going to organize tools & supplies for scrapbooking and then get to it. Don’t forget to share before and after pictures.

If you’re struggling, check out what we’ve pinned to our 52 Weeks – Workspace & Workflow group Pinterest board. Here are a handful of awesome creative spaces to get you started as well. Hopefully, you can find something that inspires you.
