Welcome back, y’all! Hope you had an awesome summer. I’m so excited to get started again, though. And I’m sure you are too.
This week, we’re organizing our texture supplies. This would be things like bubble wrap and cheesecloth along with whatever else you use to create all kinds of fun backgrounds for your mixed media & art journaling projects.
A while back, I tossed everything into a galvanized locker bin. It works for me. I can dig through it and find whatever I want relatively quickly.
How much you have will determine the best type of organization for you. If you just have a few odds ‘n ends, toss it all into a cute container and be done with it. If you have an absolutely ridiculous amount of stuff that would fit into this category, maybe some sort of drawer unit that can be labelled would make more sense.
Do some brainstorming and take some time to think about how you’re going to organize your texture supplies and then get to it. Don’t forget to share before and after pictures.
