Welcome to week 31 of the 52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace challenge. This week, we’re getting up close and personal with our stamps. Are you excited?
One thing about stamps is that there are quite a few different types – rubber, foam, acrylic, etc. And most of us have at least a few of each. That sort of complicates this whole organizing them idea, doesn’t it?
I have stamps sorted by type. All of my most-loved stamps are in a basket on my workspace. Everything else that I use regularly is on a wooden crate in a shelf right next to me. And the stamps that are left over are stored in Iris cases because I rarely, if ever, use them.
What you see here is most of what I use on a somewhat consistent basis. It’s easy for me to flip through and find exactly what I’m looking for because even within this container, my stamps are somewhat organized by type. Storage within storage, my friends.
Do some brainstorming and take some time to think about how you’re going to organize your stamps and then get to it. Don’t forget to share before and after pictures.
If you’re struggling, check out what we’ve pinned to our 52 Weeks – Workspace & Workflow group Pinterest board. You can also check out all of the ideas I’ve pinned on my Studio Spaces Pinterest boards. Hopefully, you’ll find something that inspires you.
