Welcome to week 16 of the 52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace challenge. This week, we’re talking about mini albums & more. For the life of me, I can’t even begin to believe how many of these things I’ve accumulated. It used to be that I’d grab a few anytime I found them on sale. I literally have four galvanized metals bins full of them. Crazy, right? At this point, I seriously don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. Lol…
And then of course there’s always more. I have so many odds and ends that I’ve saved to either make banners or mini albums. For example, burlap and playing cards. Not surprisingly, those things are organized with my mini albums as well.
This is one of those weeks where it is what it is for me. I tossed them all in bins. And up on my shelves they went. Let’s face it. I rarely, if ever, use them. For me, mini albums don’t need to be particularly accessible, but I don’t necessarily want to get rid of them quite yet either.
You could toss mini albums in a basket or bin. For that matter, you could also sort them by size or type and store them in drawers. And of course there’s always the option of keeping them with your projects in progress or kits, especially if you bought them for a particular reason.
Do some brainstorming and take some time to think about how you’re going to organize mini albums and then get to it. Don’t forget to share before and after pictures.
