It’s been another interesting week around here. The little guy and I both ended up with the flu of all things. I’m sure you can imagine all the fun we’ve had [insert sarcastic grin here]. We’re both basically back to business as usual. Although the idea of my toddler and business as usual makes me laugh. He’s definitely got a personality, though. I’m sitting here writing and he’s standing in the doorway tormenting the dog. I really am glad that my chocolate lab has a sense of humor too. Lol…

Welcome to week 19 of the 52 Weeks to an Organized Workspace challenge. This week, we’re organizing cards & card-making supplies. The first thing on your agenda this week is to decide whether or not cards & card-making supplies are something you need to organize separately. I’m guessing most of us probably have very few supplies that are dedicated to card-making, especially if we also scrapbook.
What do you need to make cards? A paper trimmer? A bone folder? Of course there are also coordinating card kits that you can buy at your local craft store that come with both pre-folded cards and matching envelopes. Some of us might have a few of those to contend with this week.
If you have a lot of supplies for cards & card-making, maybe you want to create a separate workspace. Even something as simple as a folding card table would be fine. If you don’t, then you’re probably going to be bored this week. That’s fine, though. I’m sure you have plenty of other stuff to do, right? Like maybe finish organizing photos? Just a thought…
Do some brainstorming and take some time to think about how you’re going to organize cards & card-making supplies and then get to it. Don’t forget to share before and after pictures.
If you’re struggling, take a look at these amazing ideas or check out what we’ve pinned to our 52 Weeks – Workspace & Workflow group Pinterest board. Hopefully, you can find something that inspires you.
